    iQuasar, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Integrator for our customers in Colorado Springs, CO. iQuasar is an 18+-year-old Northern Virginia company delivering recruitment, proposal development, digital marketing, software development and IT solutions to Small and Medium Business (SMB) Government contractors in technology and Civil Engineering verticals.

    One of our clients in Colorado Springs, CO needs a Mid-Level Systems Integrator for a contract position.

    Position: Mid-Level Systems Integrator

    Location: Colorado Springs, CO

    Position Type: Permanent

    Job Responsibilities:

    Work independently to maintain the smooth operation of a multi-user computer system including coordination with network administrators.

    Duties include setting up user, administrator and service accounts, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space.

    Test and troubleshoot integrations to confirm successful integration.

    Communicate with customers during integration and post-integration including responding to emails, facilitating meetings or phone conversations, participating in solving technical problems

    Author/update documentation

    Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.

    Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.

    Creates, maintains, and implements detailed documentation and maintains standard operating procedures.

    Application of security settings and other best commercial practices such as DISA STIGS.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree and 3 years of overall related experience with a Windows/Linux server environment. Specific experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.

    Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g. Security+ce.

    Expertise in managing, patching, upgrading and STIGing RHEL virtual machines

    Experience configuring RHEL integration with RSA Securid

    Expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration and permission management

    Expertise with Docker and containerized ecosystems

    Experience with Ansible

    Experience working with virtual environments using VMware

    Experience working with the Combatant Commanders Integrated Command and Control System

    Application of security settings and other commercial best practices such as DISA STIGS.

    Must be a U.S. Citizen.

    Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level.
