What You'll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close
- Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market opportunities
- Conduct deep discovery conversations with finance and accounting leaders
- Quantify business challenges and tie solutions to measurable outcomes
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and executive presentations
- Collaborate with Solutions Consultants to navigate technical evaluations
- Negotiate and close complex SaaS agreements
- Provide market feedback that influences product and go-to-market strategy
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience
- Experience managing mid-market or commercial accounts
- History of selling solutions with average deal sizes of $25K+ ACV
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Experience partnering with Solutions Consultants, Sales Engineers, or other technical resources
- Proven track record of quota attainment and consistent performance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Willingness to work on-site in New York City five days per week
Highly Preferred
- Experience selling into CFOs, Controllers, VP Finance, Accounting, or Revenue Operations teams
- Exposure to ERP, financial software, accounting technology, or adjacent ecosystems
- Startup experience at Series A through Series C companies
- Promotion history, President's Club recognition, or top performer awards
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
- On-Target Earnings: $200,000 - $250,000+
- Uncapped commission structure
