    Our client, a fast-growing software development startup, is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to help scale an inbound-driven sales motion.

    This is a high-impact closing role where you'll work primarily with high-quality inbound leads —owning the full sales cycle from initial engagement through close. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth while partnering cross-functionally to refine and optimize the customer journey.

    What You'll Own

    Convert High-Intent Inbound Pipeline
    Engage and close qualified inbound leads—running a full-cycle sales process from discovery through contract.

    Manage Pipeline & Forecast Accurately
    Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in Salesforce, with clear visibility into deal progression and forecasting.

    Run High-Impact Product Demos
    Deliver tailored, compelling demos that clearly communicate product value and align with customer needs.

    Consistently Hit Revenue Targets
    Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas through disciplined execution and strong closing ability.

    Collaborate Across Teams
    Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve conversion rates and deliver a seamless customer experience.

    What They're Looking For

    • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a mid-market closing role
    • Proven track record closing $10K–$100K ACV deals
    • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota , with evidence of promotions and strong tenure
    • Strong closing skills with the ability to manage a structured sales process end-to-end
    • Experience with Salesforce and modern sales tools (e.g., Zoom, LinkedIn)
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade across multiple channels
    • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable operating independently

    Nice to Have

    • Experience closing $100K+ ACV or enterprise-level deals
    • Background in lead capture, digital business cards, or adjacent technologies
