    Why Rocketlane is Hiring

    We are expanding our US Mid-Market sales team to capture the growing demand for modern PSA and onboarding solutions. You will join a high-performing team of five AEs to help us navigate our entry into new service sub-verticals and capitalize on the momentum of our AI-led product strategy.

    What You Will Own

    • Full Cycle Sales Execution: Manage and close deals ranging from $50K–$100K+ ARR with an average sales cycle of 4+ months.
    • Pipeline Generation: Partner with SDRs and marketing while taking ownership of self-sourcing 20%–30% of your own pipeline through strategic outbound efforts.
    • Product Mastery: Achieve "Rocketlane Academy" Admin-level certification within your first year to demonstrate deep technical proficiency and act as a subject matter expert for leads.
    • Strategic Discovery: Lead complex discovery sessions with post-sales and delivery leaders to uncover pain points in their current implementation and services workflows.
    • Revenue Performance:*Consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets. Success in this role is defined by reaching the 110% quota mark, with top performers routinely exceeding 120%.
    • Territory Strategy: Develop and execute a plan to penetrate the 250–1,000 employee segment, identifying high-potential sub-verticals and accounts.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Experience: 4–10 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 consecutive years at a single company demonstrating growth or promotion.
    • Startup DNA: Proven experience in early-stage (10–200 employees) or high-growth environments. We value candidates who have built at companies like Gong, Monday.com, or similar fast-paced organizations.
    • Sales Competency:A track record of selling complex solutions to multiple stakeholders, managing executive presence, and navigating commercial negotiations.
    • Technical Curiosity: A genuine interest in AI and the ability to talk deeply about product functionality—you should be comfortable "getting under the hood" of the platform.
    • Non-Negotiable: Candidates must have experience outside of "Big Tech" legacy organizations (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle). We are looking for builders, not just brand-name operators.
    • Academic Background: A bachelor's degree is preferred.

    Location & Compensation

    Location: Hybrid model (3 days per week in-office). We are hiring in Lehi (UT), New York City (NY), and San Francisco (CA).

    Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 Base Salary.

    Variable Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 Total OTE (50/50 split).

    Equity: Competitive equity package included (Series B stage).

    Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and company events.
