Mid-State Sales is seeking to fill the Customer Service Representative position within our fluid conveyance manufacturing facility. We are an ISO 9001:2015 registered manufacturer of hydraulic hose and tube assemblies and have provided our customers with quality products and services since 1969. Come join our team!
As a Customer Service professional at Mid-State, you will:
Provide customers with detailed product and service information
Prepare complex price and delivery quotations
Resolve customer issues
Work closely with Sales, identify prospects, and offer product solutions
Maintain excellent customer relations
Communicate daily with accounts via fax, phone, and email
What to expect:
A Customer Service Rep with Mid-State is not your typical "call-center environment position." We service a niche industry that requires extensive product knowledge. Because of this, it takes several months to learn the ins-and-outs of our industry. This means you can expect a lengthy training process that requires 2-3 months of training in our fabrication facility. If you find physical labor, dirt, or grime scary--this may not be the best fit for you.
