    At Midas we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.

    The Fleet Manager will focus on developing and maintaining account relationships with companies that operate a fleet of vehicles. The primary objective for this position is to strategically grow Midas Auto Experts by new account acquisition, maintenance of existing fleet accounts to maximize sales and profits and monitor the service level execution of Midas retail channels amongst these customers.

    Responsibilities

    As a Midas Auto Experts Fleet Manager, you will manage and direct all Fleet accounts, including:

    · Recruit new Fleet accounts for Midas Auto Experts.

    · Negotiation of contracts with new Fleet accounts.

    · Develop a Fleet Account Management Plan and execute the plan with metrics, reviews and marketing

    · Effect administration and management of Fleet Account programs.

    · Manage fleet account product and service needs.

    · Maintain open communication with both the customer and retail management.

    · Must be able to represent Midas Auto Experts at shows, conventions, promotional and customer sponsored events when needed.

    · Follow all safety practices as outlined in policy and procedures.

    · Lead store training on Fleet account Growth and sales Partner with internal Business Partners to develop action plans.

    · Collaborate with leadership to monitor performance and identify business opportunities and best practices.

    · Ensuring customer concerns are identified and addressed internally and systems are revised based on feedback.

    Qualifications

    A minimum of 3 years of Fleet Management experience

    Excellent Customer Service Skills

    Strong negotiation skills

    General automotive knowledge

    Excellent communication skills

    Leadership ability

    Ability to travel.

    Team building skills.

    Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays when needed.
