The Automotive Service Advisor is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. You will be provided with the opportunity to be a part of one of the fastest-growing companies in metro-Detroit.

What you will do:

Greet the Customer, either by telephone or in person

Assess Customer's needs & Deliver exceptional customer service

Learn all aspects of store operations and effectively flex between interacting/serving the Customer and Service Staff

Prepare estimates of service and professionally present the estimate to the Customer

Identify the required service items and the suggested service items

Assist the Store Manager in interacting with the Customer as requested
