ARNAZ Automotive, Inc. is a locally owned aftermarket automotive dealer who serves retail locations throughout the state. We are adding individuals to our team that believes in getting paid for work done. We are looking for automotive service managers to manage and direct all service department activities of a retail store engaged in selling tires and related automotive parts and mechanical services.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers

Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations—building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts

Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials

Lead, manage, and train team while keeping in tune with our companies’ vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed

Meet or exceed store goals and performance levels in sales, customer service levels, and productivity.

Lead/manage a team of 6 or more service technicians in an efficient and productive manner

Manage store reputation and overall customer service/satisfaction levels

Manage day-to-day operations, escalate/resolve issues, provide documentation and feedback.

Manage staff needs including scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, hiring/firing, etc.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of store or service manager experience

Some knowledge in automotive service/products or related industry

Successful track record of meeting sales targets, and account performance

Advanced written, verbal and presentation communication skills

Leadership ability Team-building skills

Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays

Valid driver’s license
