We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Teacher to join our team. As a School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop lesson plans, deliver instruction, assess student progress, and provide academic support and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
• Deliver engaging and interactive instruction to students
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs
• Provide academic advising and support to students
• Utilize learning technology to enhance instruction
• Foster the social, emotional, and intellectual development of students
• Encourage creativity and critical thinking skills through various activities
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Education or related field -Updated Clearances
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and learning styles
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using learning technology tools
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different situations
• Experience in creative writing, public speaking, or proofreading is a plus
