Help us change education!

We are looking for committed staff members to complement our fantastic core of experienced educators. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the potential to reach students and create a warm learning environment. This opportunity will allow employees to work with a partner in leading an enrichment class with students ranging from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade. Instructors will provide students with expanded learning opportunities in either STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) or Drama/Theater. These classes will take place on campuses in the Cajon Valley Union School District.

There are multiple opportunities available.

Responsibilities: --Assist students with understanding their daily/weekly lesson --Provide individualized attention to each student --Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, etc.) --Assess and record student progress --Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom space --Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to best serve the needs of each student --Plan and execute educational in-class activities and events --Observe and record student behavior

Requirements: --Experience/education in Drama or STEAM subjects --A passion for education --A desire to improve education --Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills --Well-organized and committed --Creative and energetic --Strong moral values and discipline

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00 per hour
