Hello Caregivers!

Our Middleton family is looking for a part time nanny for their two young children. Care is primarily for the younger child, while the older sibling attends part time preschool. The family is looking for a calm and confident leader that fosters their children's growth, development, and learning. This position requires a reliable driver with clean driving record that can help with preschool pick up and drop off. Caregiver will use their own vehicle to transport the children. The family will provide the appropriate car seats. If you have lots of energy, are loving and attentive, and love toddler-preschool age, we want to hear from you!

Charges: 5 year old & 2 year old ** _

Base Hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 7:30am-3:30pm

Rate: $25.00-$28.00 per hour based on experience and fit

24 hours guaranteed weekly pay

Job description:

• Creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children
• Lots of play, age appropriate activities, and general engagement!
• Tidying up after children and the work day
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Indoor and outdoor play and going for walks
• Facilitating age appropriate developmental activities- singing, crafts, reading books, playing, etc.
• Maintaining a consistent schedule
• Providing loving, calm, but firm and consistent care and guidance for the children

Requirements:

• Warm, patient, loving demeanor
• 5+ years of childcare experience with references
• Excellent communication skills
• Active, energetic, can keep up with active children
• Organized and professional
• Non-smokers only, please.
• Up-to-date CPR/First Aid Certification
• Cheery and Helpful Disposition
• Background Check (provided by agency)
• Driving Record (provided by agency)
• Takes good direction on parenting style and family's routine, then requires minimal to no oversight.
