Requirements:

Certification of Completion from an approved 40 hour PCA class

CNA license, if applicable

PPD/TB test or Chest X-ray (less than 5 years) (MUST BE WILLING TO OBTAIN IN 90 DAYS)

Reliable transportation/Automobile insurance

First Aid/CPR card (MUST BE WILLING TO OBTAIN IN 90 DAYS)

Eligibility to work in US. (Social Security Card, Passport, Driver’s License, Birth Certificate etc.)
