Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service by processing referrals, new clients and documentation of patients
- Answer questions from doctors, adjusters, clients and patients regarding status of care via email, fax and phone
- Complete paperwork, update notes and create new clients in Practice Partner, Medisoft and Office Hours software
- Maintain new and existing relationships with clients by providing them with needed resources and excellent customer service
- Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner with professionalism and a can-do attitude
- Collaborate with team members regarding workflow and job duties
- Work within a limited time-frame to meet needs of clients and patients
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be comfortable working with individuals from various backgrounds and professions
- Must be an excellent communicator and be able to convey information via phone, fax or email
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, in addition to being able to fax, scan, print is essential
- Must be able to use logic and reasoning to identify problems and come up with alternative solutions and/or approaches to issues
- Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions is critical
- Must possess the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to process a problem or situation to its resolution
- Experience with Office Hours, Medisoft and Practice Partner is a plus
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently is a must

Midtown is a very busy Occupational Medicine clinic that has been in business since 1982 and services many large clients throughout the Denver and Front Range area. Services that are provided include On-the-job injury care, pre-employment drug screens, physicals and fit tests as well as a fully staffed Therapy department.
