A SUBWAY® Supervisor performs and directs management of multiple stores and ensures financial and operational metrics are met. We have multiple locations in Conroe, TX and the surrounding counties.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• You will recruit, train, reward, and terminate managers in order to maintain an awesome team

• Manage multiple store staff work schedules and control labor costs daily

• Manage multiple store inventory, food preparation and reduce wastage to reduce food cost

• Conduct weekly inspections at every location to ensure all food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are in compliance

NOTE: SUPERVISORS ARE IN "WORKING MANAGEMENT POSITIONS" WHERE YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO FILL IN FOR STAFF SHORTAGES WHERE NEEDED.
