    Job Description

    We are seeking a Digital Advertising & Web Manager, who will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as adding and updating products on brand website (Magento 2), strategically formatting data and website text for SEO, planning product and brand marketing campaigns through paid social media and Google ads, and analyzing data to improve web optimization.

    We are searching for a candidate who can communicate with the web development team to manage site development, make necessary site updates, and monitor traffic and other visitor activity on our site. Must be able to execute ad campaigns on search engines and be able to implement advertising campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and maintain content on company website
    • Provide direction on website content and design to Marketing and Design teams to ensure alignment with the overall digital strategy; which includes coordinating/publishing content, updating product SKUs, and updating current campaign banner ads while ensuring continuity of themes and design layout.
    • Develop ideas for Facebook and Instagram Ads and relay to the design team to create graphics for optimized and on-brand ads
    • Work with marketing team & R&D to brief and source key selling points and create compelling ad copy, editing accordingly for each social channel
    • Implement, Monitor and Optimize Google ad and YouTube Video ad campaigns to ensure the highest possible metrics while pacing campaigns accordingly
    • Assist in the management and execution of paid social strategy and campaigns and utilize knowledge of SEO and social media advertisement best practices.
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests (A/B Testing)
    • Own and provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly analytics reports and summarize highlights for campaign health, audience growth, engagement, and more
    • Track and monitor KPIs in real-time to optimize and pivot strategies and content development
    • Utilize social listening to synthesize ongoing trends, test-and-learn, monitor competitive brands, and report on quantitative findings from company’s social media community to inspire new campaigns
    • Stay abreast of algorithmic changes and social platform updates; be at the forefront of what is happening in the space and propose new platforms to enter and first to market programs

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelors degree from an accredited 4-year college or university, in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred
    • 3-5 years of previous paid social media experience with solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Facebook advertising platform, and Google Analytics.
    • Experience with Magento 2 preferred
    • Resourceful, detail-oriented, a problem-solver with the ability to take ownership and initiative, work efficiently and strategically while balancing competing priorities
    • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work on a team
    • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and project management skills
    • At least 4+ years of Magento experience (Certification is a plus!)
    • Interest and passion for beauty/hair preferred
