SUMMARY:

The restoration technician is carrying out a variety of restoration services, including assessing, cleaning, disposing, and repairing businesses. 

• Assess property damaged by fire, water, mold, and weather disasters.
• Clean and store salvageable belongings and property. 
• Remove and replace damaged drywall, plumbing, and related materials. 
• Perform water mitigation and extraction services. 
• Decontaminate and deodorize indoor spaces. 
• Repair and restore structure.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Integrity
• Must be willing to complete task and assigned hours.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Comfortable with using power and hand tools.
• Cooperate with the staff and management.
• Excellent communication skills.
