Job Summary

Midwest Clearance Center is looking for a Store Manger to join our team! As a Store Manager, you will supervise and oversee our retail furniture store. You will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, from staff management to inventory control, customer service, and sales performance. This role is crucial to the success of our business and requires a proactive, customer-focused leader who can drive results, maintain a high level of customer satisfactions, and ensure the store runs effectively and profitably

Responsibilities:

Continually strive to develop your staff in areas of managerial and professional development by ensuring that thru meet quotas

Oversee that all daily operations are met by sales representatives

Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner

Responsible for ensuring all shifts are covered in cases of illness, vacation, and employee no-shows or callouts.

Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and offer opportunities for professional development

Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, excellent customer service, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

Proven success in sales

Experience attaining challenging sales goals.

Ability to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.

Personable and friendly attitude

Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Understanding of sales principles

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of furniture trends and product knowledge is a plus.
