    Role: Maintenance Business Operator (40+ hours per week) Salary: Hourly Pay + Incentives Mission/Purpose: As a Business Operator for our medium-sized home service business, your mission is to oversee and optimize the operational activities, customer service, and strategic growth of our company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality home services while simultaneously driving the business success through efficient management and growth strategies. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: • Streamline and improve operational processes to ensure the efficient delivery of home services. • Oversee the scheduling of services, resource allocation, and quality control. • Monitor and maintain service quality standards to exceed customer expectations. Customer Service Leadership: • Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization. • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. • Implement customer service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Financial Management: • Manage the budget and financial health of the business. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating strategies. • Ensure profitability and sustainable growth. Qualifications: • Past Management roles, Construction, Construction Management, Business Management, Business Administration. • Experienced working in Business systems and Team Leadership. Overall, your mission as an MBO in our medium-sized home service business is to lead a dedicated team, enhance customer satisfaction, ensure financial stability, and drive strategic growth. By doing so, you will contribute to the long-term success and sustainability of our business while making a positive impact on the communities we serve. Responsibilities: • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Business Operation & Management Qualifications: • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • Over 2 years of maintenance experience Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
