Overall, your mission as an MBO in our medium-sized home service business is to lead a dedicated team, enhance customer satisfaction, ensure financial stability, and drive strategic growth. Responsibilities: • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Business Operation & Management Qualifications: • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • Over 2 years of maintenance experience Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
