    Midwest Invest Realty Group brokered by REAL is expanding into your market, and we're looking for a partner to build with! Role: Expansion Agent (20-40 hours per week) Income: 100% Commission based Mission/Purpose: The mission of the Expansion Agent (EA) role is to build your foundation for your business as a real estate professional alongside an upcoming brand in our region, Midwest Invest Realty Group brokered by REAL. This person will be on a mission to learn every facet of the real estate agency and most important, build quality relationships with people in our community and serve them as clients. If we complete the mission, this team agent will: • Gain all necessary real estate skills to function autonomously at a high level. • Build a Continuous 10 client pipeline that is primed with pre-approved clients with a back-end database of more clients to drive future sales • Form a 1-year and 3-year vision for building a team in order to create leverage and time freedom along with financial stability. • Establish a shared wealth mentality that involves earning income and investing into assets. Responsibilities: Outcomes / Responsibilities: Quarter 1: • Complete ND & MN real estate licensure, if needed • Registration with local MLS • Complete regular coaching calls with Kyle • Complete 12-week “Ninja Selling” training • Attend showings/inspections/closings/client consultations • Begin working 1-on-1 with clients • Completion of all training videos in the Real Agent Learning Center • Complete the first sale from personal pipeline. Showing to closing • 10-person buyer pipeline • 10-person seller pipeline • 10-person investor pipeline • Attend 6-8 Open Houses KPI’s: • Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) adherence • 3 Weekly Lead Generation Sessions • Weekly scorecard metrics completion • 50 Weekly Live-Flow Interviews • Quarterly Rocks completed • Add to Weekly database build • 15 Post Closing past client care system • F2F Meetings/Showings/Pre-approvals/Drip Campaigns Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Technology driven • Organized and manages time effectively Compensation: $20,000 - $50,000+ yearly
