Job Summary We are seeking a Lead Countertop Install Technician to join our team. You will show up to the shop every morning, Help load the truck with all the materials and supplies needed, travel to the jobsite and start/finish the install process with your partner.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers to understand their needs

Assess the project requirements, including design and equipment

Install countertops in homes, commercial, retail, and industrial spaces

Remove old countertops and load them into the truck

Educate customers on basic care & maintenance

Qualifications

Experiance in the industry

Knowledge of basic tools and measurements

Ability to work with limited supervision

Excellent interpersonal skills

Physical ability to bend repeatedly, lift heavy objects, and work in small spaces

Valid drivers licence
