MidWest Nonwovens is a supplier of nonwovens to the mattress, furniture, and appliance industries. We are a small privately held company that specializes in supplying our customers with a high quality and quick turnaround line of products.

MidWest Nonwovens is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Indianapolis location.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 - 4 Years Customer Service Experience
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Comfortable with computers and using other software programs, including Office and MRP systems
• Must be comfortable communicating with customers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in answering phone and basic office functions
• Order Entry
• Billing/Invoicing for finished goods sold
• Collecting and verifying finished goods paperwork from the manufacturing floor and then filing completed packets
• Shipping finished goods including printing out BOL's
• Setting up shipping with trucking companies
• Comfortable with daily customer interaction
• Ease of interacting with both office and plant floor personnel
• Maintain parts engineering masters using Manufacturing Visual Program
