LIFE NEW BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE #10104

HOURS: Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM and Friday, 8AM-3PM PAY: $20-22/hour TYPE: Contract to Hire

LOCATION: Urbandale, IA

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LIFE NEW BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE:

• Receive application and risk assessment, case management, quality assurance and providing guidance in all phases of the new business process
• Focus on efficient and effective end to end processes
• Manage cases with a sense of urgency, commitment to accuracy and responsiveness;
• Recognize high priority situations and respond accordingly
• Provide high level customer service via telephone (inbound and outbound) and email
• Conduct communication in a professional, pleasant, and helpful manner
• Document all interactions regarding each application within CRM system

REQUIREMENTS OF THE LIFE NEW BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE:

• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college
• Prior Life insurance industry experience is preferred
• Prior customer service experience is required
• 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Good customer service skills
• High attention to detail
