Midwest Professional Staffing is partnering with a company located in Johnston, IA who is looking for a Rebooking Administrator. This will be a 12 month contract with a possibility to extend and will be a hybrid position with a minimum of 50% in the office. This will be working in a fast paced environment and we are looking for sharp individuals to work with to see if this would be a good fit for you.
A Rebooking Administrator will be responsible for incoming customer requests that are related to activities after their contract has been booked. Activities include but are not limited to:
Day to Day:
- Assist with creating and maintaining policies, procedures and training material
- Process inquiries according to SLA parameters
- Collaborate and coordinate with Customers (internal and external) to provide excellent customer service.
- File documents in digital archive, make internal notes in as needed
- Receive and handle all inbound correspondence (mail, phone, fax,)
- Onboarding/removing ACH payments via DocuSign
- Adding/removing insurance premiums from customer accounts
Your Profile:
- 2-4 years’ experience in leasing, customer service and/or accounting
- General understanding of accounting
- Able to reconcile differences in tax rates, due dates, contract set up/structure.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Ability to follow established/documented procedures and decision-making skills based on specific variables.
- Candidate must have strong analytical, organization, reconciliation and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Good Customer Service skills
