    Job Description

    Midwest Unlimited is looking for a driven individual who is interested in building their sales career. This person will become a product expert, solve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Midwest Unlimited provides critical equipment and expertise to a large group of industries, with a specific focus on at-height work. The successful candidate for this sales position will be an independent, customer-experience oriented professional, with a drive for both personal goal attainment, and the enrichment of the team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Present and sell company products to new and existing customers through high-volume outbound calling
    • Prospect and contact potential customers
    • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
    • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
    • Set follow-up calls to keep customers aware of latest developments
    • Counter sales for walk in customers as needed

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to manage diverse efforts: Point of sale order entry, up-selling, order inquiries, credit and billing, account management, providing customer quotes.
    • Strong negotiation, communication & organizational skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • A construction or industrial background is not required, but is a plus
