Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable MIG Welder to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG welding techniques and be able to read blueprints and technical drawings. This role involves welding metal components to assemble truck frames, extensions, and custom parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components as per specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.

• Fit and assemble metal parts using jigs and fixtures.

• Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

• Grind and finish welded surfaces for a clean and safe finish.

• Maintain tools and welding equipment in good working order.

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.

• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Welding certification is a plus but not required.
