SALES ASSOCIATE POSITIONS AT MIGHTY DOG ROOFING

Mighty Dog Roofing - Metro Detroit is looking for experienced Sales Associates to join its sales team that will assist homeowners with exterior replacement projects such as Roofing, Siding, Windows, and Gutters. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend Weekly Sales Training Sessions to optimize your sales capability
• Use Scheduled Appointments to Close Sales.
• Work with Sales Team to Establish Sales Goals
• Maintain optimal level of positivity both in the field and the office.
• Work independently in the field, scouting storm-affected areas, prospecting, and calling potential property owners.
• Setting up property drone inspections and giving estimates
• Assisting property owners with insurance claims, if needed.
• Achieve daily and weekly quota of inspections/claims filed/contracts signed.

• Highly organized and efficient with time management
• Team oriented Player
• Decision-making and problem-resolution skills
• Strong follow-up skills required
• Customer service orientated
• Capable of handling multiple projects/tasks at one time
• Strong track record of accomplishment and promotion
• Highly personable with the ability to quickly build relationships
• Ability to set up ladders and climb roofs
• Sales experience in the roofing industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials are not necessary (but HIGHLY desirable)
