Essential Functions:

DOOR TO DOOR SALES

Experience with Storm Damage analysis.

Lead generation through prospecting, canvassing, referrals, and networking through local associations, trade shows, and conferences.

Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads.

Educating homeowners on Mighty Dog service offerings and differentiating from other service providers and product offerings

Conducting roof inspections, scoping the projects, and generating project estimates

Assisting homeowners in the insurance claim process and meeting insurance adjusters

Ensure jobs sold and contacted achieve a minimum gross profit margin.

Achieve monthly quota for contracted sales.

Requirements:

Previous sales experience, preferably in home services and direct to consumer.

Possess a high-energy magnetic personality with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and perform at an extremely high level.

Experience in roofing, construction, or insurance is helpful, but not required.

Ability to speak Spanish is ideal, but not required.
