    Speech and Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)

Seeking an experienced Speech and Language Pathologist(s) to join a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and special education teachers at our Lower Manhattan office. This is a gym where teamwork, collaboration, and interdisciplinary mentorship is valued.

This opportunity is for an entrepreneurial self-starter who seeks to build a reputation and client base as a reflection of their advanced qualifications and ‘out of the box’ thinking. You will be the leader of the speech division and will be expected to have experience with Speech and Language evaluations and screenings. Each evaluation will need to be accompanied with a thorough report. Mentorship available for high level evaluation writing skills.

Our clinic boasts of being a neurodiverse affirming environment. Experience with ADHD and ASD a requirement. Sensory techniques and strategies will be taught during mentorship along with support to complete sensory CEUs. Other specialty areas in our clientele include oral motor development, feeding, executive functioning, and articulation (minimal). Bilingual skills in Mandarin, Russian, or Spanish useful but not needed.

You will have full access to sensory equipment utilized by the OTs and PTs as well as a custom designed separate & smaller therapeutic space will be provided for you. Speciality certifications and non traditional approach is preferred.

We have existing clients in need of the services however if you bring in your own clients, you will be rewarded. This opportunity allows you to have your own small business within a larger agency. For the right candidate, long term opportunities include the possibility of becoming an invested partner of this already successful multi disciplinary practice.

Would you rather just rent space from us and share clients? This concept will be entertained but we are looking for a true team member to further develop a collaborative and comprehensive program for neurodiverse clients and their families.

Send your resume and let's talk about the possibilities!
