Job Description

We are looking for a lead teacher to join our team here at Mighty Oak Christian Academy. We have positions open ranging from 12 months - School Age. Your responsibilities would be to implement the classroom curriculum, engage with parents daily on their child's academic and emotional development, create lesson plans geared towards age appropriate learning, maintain a clean and organized classroom, and keep an open line of communication with administration.

As a lead teacher, you will be able to have creative control in your classroom to engage your class in academics and fun, as well as create a warm and welcoming environment for learning. We are one big family here and enjoy working together as a team to meet the needs of our teachers.

Hourly rate is dependent upon experience and education, with room to grow!

Pay: $11.50 - $15.00 per hour
