    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Inside Sales Representative will provide direct support to our selling process by engaging and nurturing prospective clients through outbound and inbound channels. She/he will focus primarily on identify new data, analytics and AI opportunities. This role requires a broad understanding of Mikan's services, and Mikan Insights. The Insides Sales Rep must be ambitious, outgoing and tech-savvy, and must be prepared to wear many hats, learn new skills, and quickly advance into an effective outside account executive role.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    As the Inside Sales Rep, your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Working collaboratively with the Sales team to identify and build a rich pipeline or opportunities through phone, email, text, video and campaigns.
    • Set up meetings on behalf of the sales team.
    • Consistently recording and tracking leads in our CRM as defined in our lead management process
    • Qualifying leads through the Sales Process
    • Planning and conducting targeted follow-ups on every phone & email communication, and campaign
    • Performing regular cadence with the Sales and Marketing team for broad alignment on status and progress.
    • Conducting sales outreach before and after campaign events
    • Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation targets established by sales leadership
    • Strive to earn incentives and awards set forth for winning new clients without the help of outside sales team.
    • Prepare and present weekly, and on-demand pipeline reports

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree preferably in sales, business administration, marketing or a related field
    • This is an entry level job; 1-2 years of experience is preferred
    • Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with demonstrated professionalism
    • Excellent written skills and oral skills
    • Demonstrated track record at achieving measurable goals in a fast-pace environment
    • Ability to learn new concepts, processes and techniques quickly
    • Working knowledge of standard productivity tools such as Microsoft Office is required
    • Excellent time management
