    Job Description

    Are you a highly motivated, self-driven professional who operates with a sense of urgency and a hunter mentality? Are you motivated to meet aggressive goals? As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative you will proactively call prospective customers and businesses to generate new referrals. We are seeking a polished communicator to be the first point of contact with new customers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Be at team player
    • Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals
    • Offer insurance and financial products to meet customer needs
    • Review policies and update coverage    
    • Create new selling opportunities, by cold calling and developing relationships
    • Locate and contact potential clients and community partners to offer services
    • Educate customers about insurance services

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
    • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
    • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
    • Create relationships from a cold start.
    • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
    • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
    • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
    • Must be highly self-motivated.
    • A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.
    • Professional phone etiquette.
    • Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
