Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will work indoors and outdoors

• Manage time effectively, disciplined daily activities

• Supports staff and performs other duties as assigned

• Follow company policies in regards to both conduct and employee performance,

accepting of feedback and coaching

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and/or GED

• Effective communication skills

• Valid driver's license with good driving record

• TWIC card required

Physical Requirements:

• The physical environment and nature of this job will require the employee to work

both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid conditions while pressure washing

heavy equipment to remove dirt and grease. May be requested to work overtime and

weekends for special project.

• Daily work requires intermittent periods during which continuous but limited physical

exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or

equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
