Job Description

We are currently seeking a Mike's Shaved Ice Manager/Team Member to join our team. You will be responsible for running the day to day shaved ice business and will transition into a leadership role. All job start out as part-time and can transition into full time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Opening/Closing shaved ice business
• Serving shaved ice with superior customer service skills
• Foster a productive work environment
• Train new staff
• Enforce department policies and procedures
• Collecting/Delivering till cash at days end

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective at handling money
