Position: Executive Recruiter
Location: Remote, full-time
Compensation: $19.25/hr to $28.50/hr + uncapped bonus structure – Commensurate on prior experience
As an Executive Recruiter at MilSpec Talent, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process. This remote position offers the unique opportunity to manage both client relationships and candidate pipelines, ensuring a comprehensive and seamless recruitment experience. Ideal candidate would demonstrate expertise in full desk recruitment, abide by East Coast (EST) time zone, and have experience recruiting within the Veteran community.
