    Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Growing Nebraska Law Firm

    Our client is a leading legal firm specializing in Veteran claims. They are committed to providing unparalleled legal services to our nation's heroes.     Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their executive team and lead the operational aspects of their growing law group. The COO will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations, enhancing organizational efficiency, and contributing to the strategic planning and execution of the business objectives.

    Position: Chief Operating Officer

    Location: Nebraska

    Compensation: $280-320K

    Responsibilities:

    · Operational Leadership: Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering legal services. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity.

    · Strategic Planning: Work closely with the executive team to contribute to the development and execution of the organization's strategic initiatives. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, providing insights and recommendations to achieve long-term success.

    · Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective communication and coordination among different teams.

    · Client Experience: Oversee client service operations to maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Implement processes to continuously improve the client experience and address any issues promptly.

    Qualifications:

    · State of Nebraska law license is preferred or willing to obtain one.

    · A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MA/MS in business

    administration, management, or a related field preferred.

    · Former military officer with track record of leadership success is preferred.

    · A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track

    record of success.

    · Strategic thinker with a result driven mentality.

    · Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
