We are seeking a “roll-up-your-sleeves” leader to oversee all aspects of a PE-backed business as the Area President. This individual will be responsible for establishing a best-in-class culture and continuously improving to elevate members of the team, while driving performance growth and overseeing expansion. This PE firm is rapidly growing throughout the country and is needing a key leader for this area!

Location: Vicinity of Pittsburgh, PA
Compensation:$150-200K + significant bonus + LTI

The President will be responsible for day to day operations, business growth using fact-based and metric-driven outcomes, and creation of work culture for staff management. President will lead all aspects of a multi-million $$ home services business with full P&L ownership, in addition to capturing market share via organic growth and/or other M&A activities. Key Responsibility will be to drive sales and team growth via improving on existing systems and delivering tremendous value to the thousands of customers.
Requirements:
Master’s degree from a top MBA (highly preferred)
3+ years experience with B2B, B2C business development and sales in $MM
Track record of high sales performance- history of meeting and exceeding sales goals
3+ years Management/Supervisory roles with setting and meeting established goals– P&L experience required
3+ years of hiring and building world-class teams- relentless recruiter mindset to always bring in the best talent
Experience with, or deep respect, for Skilled Trades and/or similar industries (highly preferred)
Ability to apply critical thinking, risk analysis and develop solutions
Strong communication and organizational skills- high EQ
Leader who inspires collaboration and teamwork among the men and women they serve
Leader who embodies the cultural values by which this company abides – TBD per MilSpec qualifications
Responsibilities:
Overall day-to-day of the business- will be the “sunrise and sunset” of the business
Increase key metrics including revenue, P&L, sales conversion %, quality people development and recruiting
Deliver the “gold standard” of service and quality
Develop systems and training measures to engage staff, encourage collaboration, maintain employee retention at all levels
Build desirable work culture among executive and management teams- will use the NPS system to monitor effects
Impact the community in the way business is done, with employment opportunities and professional exchange with integrity
