    Job Description

    Manufacture seeking bright, energetic office assistant to help with office administrative operation

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or business administration
    • Proficient with MS Excel, outlook and Power point
    • Experience with CRM software a plus
    • Prior working experience with QuickBooks
    • Prior customer service experience
    • Refined phone manners
    • Self-starter that work well independently
    • Good understanding of office operations and project management

     

    CORE RESPONSIBILITY

    • Handle customer inquiries
    • Process client PO
    • Track inventory and update on CRM and website
    • prepare Monthly bank reconciliation report
    • general data entry and bookeeping
    • Process AP & AR weekly
    • Prepare rep monthly commission statement
    • general office upkeep and management include supplies and provisions management
