POSITION SUMMARY:

We are expanding into the Edina area soon and are looking for an ambitious Clinic Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate is a team oriented individual with outstanding experience in consultative sales, team management and superior customer service. Candidates must also possess a high level of passion for the services that we provide. 

Compensation: $20.00 per hour + 3.5% commission (Realistic first year income $80,000-90,000) 

Location: Edina, MN

Travel: Up to 10% 

Status: Full-time (Approximately 33-36 hours/wk, Eligible for benefits) 

Milan clinics are open 4 days a week, including 2-3 Saturdays a month. Hours of operation are: M-F 10am - 7pm & Saturdays 10am - 3pm 

*This role will require flexibility regarding the scheduled days. This role will also require 2-3 Saturdays each month.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Perform all sales consultations and educate patients on Laser Hair Removal
• Actively seek patient referrals and reviews
• Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments
• Speak with patients about additional services and recommendations
• Market our services to the local community
• Conduct Patient Satisfaction surveys
• Provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients to be treated in
• Coach and manage all clinic team members
• Complete employee work schedules
• Maintain a positive working environment for all team members

Qualifications

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, YOU MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• Display a stable work history
• Have a minimum of 3 years of consultative sales experience
• Have a minimum of 3 years of team management experience
• Have a professional background in laser hair removal or a very closely related industry
• Have a highly polished demeanor and strong team mentality  
• Display exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Display a passion for the aesthetics industry 
• Display a high level of initiative and accountability  
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds 
• Be able to sit for up to 9 hours a day 
• Be able to work the schedule posted & offer some flexibility
