POSITION SUMMARY: We are expanding into the Allentown looking for an ambitious Clinic Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate is a team oriented individual with outstanding experience in consultative sales, team management and superior customer service. Candidates must also possess a high level of passion for the services that we provide.  Compensation: Average salary $70,000-90,000 (Base + commission) Location: Allentown, PA Status: Full-time (Approximately 33-36 hours/wk, eligible for benefits) Milan clinics are open 4 days a week, including 2-3 Saturdays a month. Hours of operation are 10am-7pm on weekdays and 10am-3pm on Saturdays. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform all sales consultations and educate clients on Laser Hair Removal
• Actively seek client referrals and reviews, promote and recommend additional packages
• Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments
• Participate in company on-site events to Market our services to the community
• Conduct Client Satisfaction surveys
• Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees
• Complete employee work schedules
• Maintain a positive working environment for all team members

Qualifications

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, YOU MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven success in sales and team leadership
• Fostering a culture of world class customer service 
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information 
• Display a passion for the aesthetics industry  
• Intermediate computer skills 
• Be able to lift up to 20-40 pounds
