POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Traveling Client Specialist to float between our clinics. The Traveling Client Specialist will provide coverage while the clinic's permanent Client Specialist is out of the office (vacation, FMLA, leave, etc.). They will perform all the administrative and front desk responsibilities for the clinic, as well as assist in ongoing training and coaching for all Milan Laser Client Specialists. This is a great opportunity for an individual to expand on their skillset and share their expertise with others!

*This position will require up to 100% overnight travel. The ideal candidate is a highly flexible, team-oriented individual with exceptional customer service and administrative experience. Along with a high level of integrity, you must also possess a high level of knowledge and passion for the services we provide.

STATUS: Full-time, Salaried TRAVEL: Up to 16 shifts per month, duration of coverage can range between 4-14 overnight stays, requires flexibility for weekend coverage and travel. Requires ability to travel to any Milan Laser location. BASED OUT OF: Detroit, MI; Candidates must live within close proximity to both a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure a positive client experience by exhibiting excellent customer service.
• Greet and welcome potential and existing clients to the clinic.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients and maintain and update client records.
• Field incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer general questions.
• Assist clinic manager in outgoing calls to clients for consultation follow-up and notification of promotions and events.
• Support clinic manager and medical staff with clinic needs such as; treatment room upkeep, event support, and clinic upkeep.
• Process financial transactions of clients.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties.
• Administrative support functions such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, CANDIDATES MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong teamwork mentality
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Intermediate computer skills
• Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Display a passion for the aesthetics industry
• Ability to fulfill the 100% travel schedule
• Possess a valid driver's license and ability to rent a vehicle
• Reside in close proximity to both a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport
• Be able to lift 20-40 pounds
