    Job Description

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

    • Provide leadership to a team of 20+ associates and promote team-oriented, positive, supportive atmosphere
    • Manage day to day activities of our Client Coordinators
    • Maintain world class customer service standards
    • Monitor and evaluate customer service performance data and trends
    • Enhance scripts and ensure team has knowledge and skills to answer customer inquiries, requests for support or problems quickly and effectively
    • Conduct weekly development meetings with leads
    • Set and monitor schedules for all team members

    STATUS: Full-time, salaried

    TRAVEL: N/A

    HOURS: Will require flexibility and occasional weekends

    LOCATION: Omaha, NE

    COMPENSATION: Highly competitive

    TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a management role
    • Successful experience managing people and positively influencing others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization
    • Exceptional customer first attitude
    • Outstanding leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to adapt to new technology
    • Ability to foster teamwork – work cooperatively and effectively with others to resolve problems and make effective decisions
