POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Traveling Sales Manager to travel between all Milan locations. This position does require 100% travel. The ideal candidate is a team oriented individual with exceptional sales and customer service skills. You must also possess a high level of integrity, knowledge and compassion for the services that we provide. A strong work ethic with emphasis on being detail oriented are a must.

Status: Full-time

Location: Can be based anywhere but must live close to a mid to large sized airport

Travel: 100%

Hours: Varied

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Perform all sales consultations and educate clients on Laser Hair Removal
• Actively seek client referrals and reviews, promote and recommend additional packages
• Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments
• Participate in company on-site events to Market our services to the community
• Conduct Client Satisfaction surveys
• Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees
• Complete employee work schedules
• Maintain a positive working environment for all team members

Qualifications

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, YOU MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven success in sales and team leadership
• Fostering a culture of world class customer service 
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information 
• Display a passion for the aesthetics industry  
• Intermediate computer skills 
• Be able to lift up to 20-40 pounds
