    ADR CORDINATOR: ABOUT THE JOB

    The ADR Support Coordinator handles customer and neutral inquiries in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner. Expertly uses all available resources to reach solutions and provides consistent follow-up until resolution is made while keeping the team informed.

We provide a comprehensive array of dispute management services aimed at helping clients manage their disputes on their own terms as much as possible. Whether through arbitration, mediation, or various types of claim evaluation or dispute facilitation, our clients typically come to us seeking to take control of their disputes in a welcoming environment.

    HOW WE WORK:

    This is a hybrid remote job located in Atlanta, GA.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·        Promptly responding to customer and neutral queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels; specifically handles 2-week reminder emails and headcount emails.

    ·        Contacting customers and neutrals to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries

    ·        Providing outstanding customer and neutral service; maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times

    ·        Liaising with colleagues or supervisors to find the best solutions to customers’ and neutrals’ issues

    ·        Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement; sharing customer and neutral feedback with colleagues and other departments so that services can be improved

    ·        Respecting client and neutral confidentiality at all times

    ·        Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls and responding to emails

    ·        Monitor, complete, and assign tasks accordingly in NetSuite

    ·        Provide coverage for teammates while on PTO

    ·        Performs other related duties as assigned by management

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·        Completed associates or bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

    ·        2-3 years customer service experience; legal experience helpful

    ·        Other skills required:

    o   Proficient with Outlook, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Experience with NetSuite Desirable
