RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide guidance and strategic consulting to subscribers during onboarding and adoption of Striven
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to take ownership of the project timeline while maintaining a positive outlook
• Ensure that all solutions offered are validated prior to implementation
• Provide timely and value-oriented updates to all stakeholders
• Collaborate with Implementation Specialists to ensure what is delivered meets quality standards
• Respond to all internal and external contacts dependably and reliably

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience creating spreadsheets/formulas
• Experience with project management software
• Excellent Communication & Time Management skills
• Detailed Oriented & Strong Analytical skills
• Cooperative Team Player with Excellent Interpersonal skills
