    Get paid to help little kids learn how to walk and remember why you became a pediatric PT in the first place at Milestone Therapy!

    As demand for physical therapy at our Highland clinic has increased and we landed a new school contract, Milestone Therapy is seeking a full-time pediatric physical therapist to join the team!

    If selected, you will evaluate and treat little ones with gross motor, functional, and neurological complications from birth in the both the Highland clinic and the schools! The position will require comfort with a variety of diagnoses and challenge you daily to come up with creative and fun interventions for your little patients.

    Responsibilities:

    Evaluate / utilize appropriate standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of gross motor disorders

    Develop age appropriate treatment plans and work within existing POCs / create new IEPs

    Perform daily documentation, update treatment plans, and produce regular progress reports

    Update patient progress to relevant parties

    Research related all pediatric physical therapy problems

    Establish goals and implement age appropriate plans of care

    Work with a team of dedicated therapists who do one thing: put kids first!

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred, but excellent newer graduates with pediatric rotations under their belt could be considered

    Must be a registered PT in the state of Indiana

    Ability to build rapport with patients, their families, and other caregivers

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Excellent computer skills for documentation in EMR system

    Positive and patient demeanor

    Ability to work well in a dynamic and busy scholastic setting
