QUALIFICATIONS for Pediatric PRN Occupational Therapist for Schools Therapy:

Illinois Occupational Therapist License

1-2 Years of Pediatric Experience (preferred)

Pay based on experience

Milestone Therapy PRN Occupational Therapist for Schools Guidelines:

Be available to work no less than an average of 4 shifts per month.

Agree to work one available shift each month.

Registry employees should be available on short notice for work and should accept shift assignments with minimal notice.

Registry employees may work up to 30 hours per week or less.

Registry employees may be required to work in any Milestone setting where there is a need.

Registry employees will be expected to perform all job functions required of a regular staff member.

It is understood that no hours of work are guaranteed.

Registry employees are required to notify Milestone of any changes to employee contact information.
