Milestone Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist for Home Therapy in Lake County, IN! You can work evenings or daytime hours and have the freedom to schedule workday start and end times. Weekends are optional. It's all up to you! Plus we are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

QUALIFICATIONS for Part Time Physical Therapist for Home Therapy:

Indiana Physical Therapist License

First Steps home therapy certification or willingness to obtain
