Responsibilities: • Build and maintain a robust personal database and network • Master CRM tools to organize and track client relationships • Actively network within military and general communities • Connect with agents and contacts in common relocation cities, feeding into your market • Assist clients in buying and selling homes with exceptional service • Ensure a smooth, stress-free relocation process for military clients • Consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement • Generate new business through targeted outreach and prospecting • Conduct client appointments and property showings • Negotiate and close successful sales transactions • Recruit, train, and develop a team focused on military relocation services Qualifications: • Familiarity with the military relocation process is preferred • An active real estate license is required • Proven sales experience or strong sales aptitude • Military network Compensation: $140,000 at plan commissions
