A strong focus is placed on relationship development, consistent follow-up, and creating new opportunities within the military community. You will learn strategies for connecting with prospective clients, maintaining a growing database, and becoming a trusted real estate resource for military families before, during, and after their relocation. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain exposure to buyer consultations, property searches, listing conversations, contracts, negotiations, and transaction management. Qualifications: Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on military relocations, is highly valued.
