POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Team Members keep things spinning and shaking during their various scheduled shifts taking place anytime between 11:00 A.M. to 11:30 P.M. You will be trained to have a strong understanding of the company, culture, and team with a focus on providing an unforgettable experience for every customer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Our Team Members are adaptable, teachable, and friendly; they bring smiles to the faces of our customers when they see, find, and point out the good in those they serve and interact with. Elevate your salesmanship by getting creative with sampling and product recommendations. Show off your skills by whipping up top-notch, delicious milkshakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates, all while making customers rave about you and the goodness you share with them.
Dive into the retail game, fulfilling chocolate cravings with flair. Help ease any customer concern with phenomenal service. Keep the ship sailing smoothly by maintaining the stockroom, coolers, and freezers. Be a part of promotional prep, making the store pop with seasonal magic. Keep it safe and tasty, ensuring our product is everything its founders crafted it to be!
REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and exceptional customer service skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Attention to detail and safety requirements
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
Previous customer service and cash handling experience is a plus, but by no means required!
Available to work flexible hours that generally include afternoons, evenings, and nights, but may also include morning prep and holidays
Must perform physical activities to accomplish assigned duties, such as walking and standing for up to and including 4 hours at a time, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
